The Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) has named Advanced Clutch Technology (ACT) its 2026 Manufacturer of the Year and Motor State Distributing its 2026 Channel Partner of the Year. The awards were presented during the SEMA Show Kickoff Breakfast in Las Vegas and recognize companies for outstanding contributions to the automotive specialty-equipment industry over the past year.

ACT expanded its clutch kit lineup to cover newly launched vehicle platforms. That momentum was reinforced when Motor State Distributing quadrupled its stocking inventory of ACT clutches and components, which SEMA said reflects increased dealer demand and distributor confidence.
ACT manufactures its products at its facility in Lancaster, Calif., and supports applicable products with SFI certification and a one-year warranty. In March 2026 the company hosted its second annual Safety Summit, presented by K1 RaceGear, which nearly doubled attendance from 2025 and increased manufacturer participation by 50%.
Motor State serves dealers across the U.S., Canada and more than 68 countries. The company has now received six previous SEMA industry awards. It is exhibiting at the 2026 SEMA Show in Central Hall, Booth #21237.
