MAHLE is showcasing four innovations for repair shops and aftermarket professionals at AAPEX 2026. The lineup covers a new digital portal, next-generation ArcticPRO A/C service units, filtration updates including CareMetix Natural, and an expanded set of heavy-duty engine kits.

"The aftermarket is becoming increasingly digital, making access to reliable information and technical expertise more important than ever," said Philipp Grosse Kleimann, Corporate Executive Vice President and General Manager of MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility.

Repair Shop Portal and ArcticPRO

The MAHLE Repair Shop Portal is positioned as a central digital hub for technicians, service advisors, and shop owners, combining product information, technical documentation, training, webinars, and expert knowledge. A core piece is MIA (MAHLE Intelligent Assistant), an AI-powered assistant for product search and research. The portal is designed to work across smartphones, tablets, and desktops.

Next-generation ArcticPRO A/C service units come in four performance levels. They support R134a, R1234yf, and refrigerants still to come, with fully automated, AI-assisted service processes. Touchscreens measure up to 10 inches and include audio and video tutorials, plus connectivity and automatic software updates.

CareMetix Natural and heavy-duty kits

CareMetix Natural is a cabin air filter that, for the first time in MAHLE's lineup, incorporates sheep wool into the filter medium. The company says it targets particles, pollutants, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Separately, MAHLE added more than 90 new filter part numbers in North America across oil, air, fuel, cabin air, and transmission applications, covering popular models from Chevrolet, Ford, Audi, GMC, BMW, Nissan, and Toyota, among others.

MAHLE also unveiled 13 heavy-duty engine kits featuring CLEVITE engine parts and MAHLE gaskets, engineered to OE specifications.

"For us, innovation and tradition move forward together," said Christian Karner, General Manager, MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility, North America.

More information is at MAHLE Aftermarket North America. The release is also carried via PistonsPR.
