The Jeep brand has introduced a factory-installed 35-inch tire package for the Gladiator pickup. The 2027 Jeep Gladiator 35-inch Tire Launch Edition is a limited-production model that Jeep announced on Oct. 26 and that is now available to order in North America.

The Launch Edition is offered on the Gladiator Willys, Rubicon and Rubicon X. It pairs factory-installed 35-inch all-terrain tires with bronze-painted, 17-inch beadlock-capable wheels, bronze-accented styling and exclusive graphics. The release does not name the tire brand, and it does not give pricing or production volume.

Jeep CEO Branden Coté said the package responds to what Gladiator owners have been doing on their own.

Gladiator customers continue to personalize their vehicles to tackle bigger adventures, and 35-inch tires have consistently been one of the most popular modifications. The Gladiator 35-inch Tire Launch Edition gives customers the capability, confidence and distinctive look they want straight from the factory, backed by the quality and engineering expected from the Jeep brand.

Built for capability

Jeep says the factory-engineered package builds on the Gladiator's Trail Rated capability. It lists 12.9 inches of ground clearance, with approach, breakover and departure angles of 46.7, 23.3 and 26.7 degrees, respectively. The tires add ground clearance, ground presence and what Jeep calls a more aggressive stance.

The tires are backed by a 1-inch factory suspension lift, a 4.56 final-drive ratio, heavy-duty Dana axles and performance brakes. According to Jeep, these components work together with the tires to deliver added obstacle clearance and low-speed control on challenging terrain. Highline fender flares, wheel-flare extensions and the 17-inch beadlock-capable wheels complete the package, which also includes a full-time 4:1 transfer case.

Bronze accents and graphics

Beyond the mechanical changes, each Launch Edition carries a set of exterior elements:

  • Bronze-painted 17-inch beadlock-capable wheels

  • Bronze Jeep badging and accents

  • Bronze tow hooks

  • Exclusive hood, side and tailgate graphics

  • A Jeep performance hood on specific models

Rubicon and Rubicon X models add further hood and vent graphics. The Rubicon X Package also gets an exclusive side-door graphic and a performance hood with a unique hood decal.

Limited availability

Jeep says production will be limited and describes the Launch Edition as an opportunity for enthusiasts to own a distinctive Gladiator. The company also says the package reinforces the Gladiator's leadership in the midsize pickup segment by combining Jeep capability with content customers have asked for.

For tire dealers, the release offers one data point: Jeep itself describes 35-inch tires as one of the most popular modifications among Gladiator owners, and it is now offering that fitment from the factory.
