Continental is expanding its ContiTread portfolio with the ContiTread HDR 3 HT, a premium retread aimed at durability, operational efficiency, and all-season performance for fleet applications.
A non-directional tread design is intended to simplify rotation and reduce inventory complexity for fleets. Continental positions the product for year-round use, with traction in icy and snowy conditions plus wet and dry handling for regional highway and local routes.
An advanced high-mileage compound targets extended wear and improved cut-and-chip resistance against road hazards. The ContiTread HDR 3 HT replaces the ContiTread HDW2 in all sizes except 265. Available sizes are 210, 220, 230, and 240, with a tread depth of 27/32 inch.
Continental says the combination of efficiency, durability, and all-season performance is meant to help fleets maximize productivity and lower operating costs.
