Cinch, the AI-driven lifecycle marketing platform for multi-location service businesses, will feature its new Cinch AI tool in the New Products Showcase at the 2026 SEMA Show, November 3 to 6 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Attendees can find Cinch AI in the Showcase at the east end of Lower South Hall and see it demonstrated live at Cinch Booth 11532 in the North Hall.

An AI teammate built into the platform

Cinch AI is built into the Cinch platform and lets shop owners and marketing managers describe what they want in plain language. Examples include a win-back campaign for customers overdue for service, a new promotion across every location, or a booking calendar for a new store.

The tool builds the campaign from the shop's own customer data, confirms the plan, and puts it to work across email, text, mail and voice. Cinch says the result is lifecycle marketing that runs from one conversation, helping auto service businesses capture new customers, convert them into booked visits and retain them, with no data scientist, developer or extra headcount required.

“Auto service shops sit on years of customer data, and most of it never gets put to work,” said Justin Rae, CEO of Cinch. “With Cinch AI, an owner describes the result they want, and minutes later the audience is built, the messages are written, and a revenue-driving campaign is ready to run at every location.”

Brookelynn Miller, Director of Marketing at Oil Changers, said: “I log into Cinch AI with unfinished thoughts and log out with aha moments. It gives me the confidence that what I'm doing is a revenue-driver.”

Availability and show demos

Cinch AI became generally available on October 20, 2026, as an add-on to the Cinch platform. At Booth 11532, SEMA attendees can use an interactive demo station to pick a marketing goal and watch Cinch AI build a campaign for a sample multi-location auto shop.

Cinch is headquartered in Draper, Utah. More information is available from Cinch.
