BendPak Inc. introduced the MaxJax MAX7 portable two-post lift at the 2026 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. The company said the MAX7 rises 3 inches higher than earlier MaxJax models for more under-vehicle clearance, and it is the first MaxJax model to integrate BendPak's Automatic Swing Arm Restraint System (ASARS).

Clearance, capacity and ASARS

Maximum lifting height is 50.25 inches. Rated load capacity is 7,000 lb., which BendPak says covers a wide range of cars, trucks and SUVs. The open design is intended to give direct access to brakes, suspension, exhaust and other undercar components.

ASARS is described as a full 360-degree locking interface with 10 times the holding force of traditional swing arm restraints, aimed at limiting unintended arm movement during lifting, lowering and service. The MAX7 also has seven safety locking positions and an upgraded lock release.

Portable columns and packages

MaxJax is positioned as a portable two-post design. During use, each column bolts to recessed floor anchors. When the job is finished, the columns unbolt and roll away so the floor is clear.

Four packages are offered. The Standard Package includes the MAX7 lift assembly, power unit with tow-cart, standard anchor bolt kit, round lift pads and medium adapters. Deluxe adds a rolling work seat and portable oil drain. Supreme adds frame cradle pads and tall adapters. Ultimate swaps the standard rolling seat for the MaxJax Ergonomic Height-Adjustable Creeper Seat. An optional Motorcycle and ATV Adapter Kit is available for powersports service.
