TreadWare and FOG Software Group have agreed to an arrangement whereby FOG will become the exclusive reseller of Treadware’s retread management software for independent retreaders, leveraging and expanding already existing deep integrations between Treadware and FOG’s shop management systems for tire dealers and retreaders.
As part of Vela and Constellation Software, the FOG Software Group acquires, builds, and retains companies while helping them grow. TreadWare will benefit from FOG’s knowledge and relationships in the automotive industry as well as Constellation Software’s best practices, developed over 20 years through the acquisition and operation of over 600 enterprise software businesses.
