Titan International announced the third year of its exclusive sales training program for tire dealers: Titan University Summit (Titan U).
This year’s Titan U will take on a new conference-style format – allowing attendees to build their own customized learning experience through a combination of hands-on training and classroom sessions on both tires and wheels.
The company is also excited to bring the program to the home of their global headquarters in Quincy, Illinois. Hundreds of students are expected between two sessions taking place January 28-30 and February 4-6, at the Oakley Lindsay Convention Center.
“We listened to our attendees’ desire to personalize their experience and ensure they’re able to attend the sessions that are most beneficial to them,” says Paul Hawkins, senior vice president of aftermarket sales at Titan. “Whether they’re focused on agriculture, construction, forestry or all of the above — they’ll have the opportunity to get the latest information and hands-on training to make them successful.”
Sessions will include categories such as:
· Priority product features and benefits
· Selling strategies and competitive product positioning
· Application-specific sessions for Ag, Construction, Forestry and OTR
· Titan and industry keynote speakers
· Tracks designed for entry-level all the way through advanced students
· Other topics beneficial to daily operations
Attendees will also have the opportunity to tour the company’s wheel production plant to witness what it takes to be the leading global supplier of off-highway wheels. Graduates of the program will earn a Certified Dealer Salesperson Spiff to incentivize their hard work and empower them to sell.
