High-performance N'FERA Sport tires fitted to the fully redesigned premium midsize sedan, unveiled seven years after its last full model change

Continued OE supply to the latest Audi A6 model, further strengthening the long-standing premium OE partnership with Audi

NEXEN TIRE, a leading global tire manufacturer, announced that it is supplying its N'FERA Sport as OE tires for the new Audi A6 premium sedan. The tires are fitted in both 18- and 19-inch specifications.

The new Audi A6 is Audi’s flagship premium sedan, recently unveiled in a fully redesigned form. In a vehicle where high-speed stability, low noise levels, and refined ride comfort are essential, tire performance plays a key role in the overall driving experience.

The N'FERA Sport is an ultra-high-performance (UHP) tire optimized for high-performance vehicles. Equipped with high-strength internal materials, it evenly distributes contact pressure and load, delivering outstanding handling and braking performance on both dry and wet road surfaces. The tire received a "Good" rating in the summer tire test conducted by German automotive publication Auto Bild, receiving good to very good ratings across all categories, with particularly strong results in dry braking, wet braking, rolling resistance, pass-by noise, and mileage. It also achieved a "Good" rating in the 2025 summer tire test conducted by ADAC, receiving a good overall rating and scoring well in driving safety and comfort, further demonstrating its technological excellence in the European market.

Since supplying its first OE tires to an overseas automaker in 2012, NEXEN TIRE has rapidly grown into an OE tire supplier for leading global automotive manufacturers, including the Volkswagen Group. The company previously supplied OE tires for the Audi A3 and the eighth-generation Audi A6, with the partnership now extending to the latest A6 model.

Expanding OE supply to global premium brands like Audi is gaining attention as a strategic move to broaden a stable revenue base, as it naturally leads to replacement tire demand from vehicle owners.
