Michelin Supports Tire Industry Association Scholarship Program to Help Develop the Industry’s Future Workforce

Michelin North America, Inc. is proud to support the Tire Industry Association (TIA) Scholarship Program, an initiative to help advance students pursuing careers in the tire and automotive service industries while strengthening the industry’s workforce pipeline.

Administered through the University of the Aftermarket Foundation, the TIA Scholarship Program provides financial support for students preparing for careers that are critical to the continued success and evolution of the tire and automotive sectors. Michelin’s support reflects the company’s longstanding commitment to workforce development and its purpose of giving people a better way forward by creating opportunities for the next generation of industry professionals.

The scholarship program recently awarded its first 19 scholarships through the combined support of tire manufacturers, industry organizations and other stakeholders committed to advancing education and workforce development. Michelin’s contribution will help more students access educational opportunities and underscores the importance of industry collaboration in attracting and developing talent across the mobility ecosystem.
