Free SEMA Show app great for visiting tire dealers

With thousands of exhibitors showing more than 2,500 new products over four days at this year’s SEMA Show, keeping track of everything you want to see and do might seem like a hard task. However, organizers have launched an official SEMA Show mobile app to help visitors organize their trip and make sure they don’t miss a thing.

The app is free to download and lets users create a personal schedule. It includes a comprehensive list of 2,400 exhibiting companies, a program of events, seminar details, celebrity listings and more.

All the info you need, instantly

At the tap of a button, visiting tire dealers can create a list of exhibitors they want to see; those exhibitors are then added to a “favorites” list, which links to the booth number and a visual map showing where the booth is located. After meeting with an exhibitor, visitors can check off that they’ve met with the company and can easily see who they still want to meet with.

The SEMA Show mobile app also includes a list of special events with dates, times and locations; the ability to add personal appointments in the Show Planner; feeds of the official SEMA Show Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts; and details about ground transportation, including locations of hotel shuttles.

“With the SEMA Show just around the corner, now is the ideal time for showgoers to confirm appointments, schedule meetings and map out must-see exhibitors,” said Peter MacGillivray, SEMA VP of events. “Because the SEMA Show mobile app includes a list of all exhibitors and event schedules, everything is integrated together and it’s easy to prepare and stay organized throughout the four-day SEMA Show.”

It’s also a place to catch up, meet new people and forge new networks and relationships within the automotive industry. Tire manufacturer attendees include BFGoodrich, Cooper Tire, Continental, Nexen, Pirelli, ZAFCO, Omni United, LingLong Tire and Toyo.
