German off-road specialist delta4x4 has introduced a turnkey “BEAST” conversion for the VW Amarok V6 (model year 2023 and later) that fits 37-inch tires with full European road homologation. The company says the complete package, including installation and street-legal certification, starts at €27,000 and is built in-house at its manufactory in Unterumbach, Bavaria.

European pickup conversions have typically topped out around 33-inch tires. The BEAST package uses a 37x12.50 R18 fitment. Buyers can choose aggressive BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain tires or winter-rated all-terrain tires with the three-peak mountain snowflake (3PMSF) mark, mounted on matte-black 18x9-inch delta4x4 Hanma wheels with replaceable rock rings.

Lift, clearance and bodywork

The conversion pairs a 100 mm body lift with a +50 mm REIGER rally-spec coilover suspension. delta4x4 says true ground clearance rises by 75 mm under the axles and 125 mm under the frame, and overall height is more than 22 cm (nearly 9 inches) above stock, not counting the roof rack.

Body-colored fender flares add 60 mm per side. The package also includes a front bar with six PIAA LED rally lights (four LPX570 and two LP550), side steps, a Front Runner roof rack, and two full-size 37-inch spare wheels mounted in the bed. The show truck wears a rally-style livery that references delta4x4’s Dakar Rally history and its current Dakar Classic campaigns.

Why 37 inches matters here

A 37x12.50 R18 tire is about 94 cm in diameter, versus roughly 79 cm on a stock Amarok. The larger air volume lets drivers air down farther off-road so the contact patch lengthens and the truck is less likely to dig into soft sand or mud. Thirty-seven-inch tires are common in U.S. off-road culture and the Dakar Rally; getting them street-legal on modern European pickups has been difficult. delta4x4 says this package brings that size class onto European roads with certification.

Founded in 1980, delta4x4 builds and sells suspension systems, wheel-and-tire packages, and expedition gear for pickups, SUVs and vans. More details are at delta4x4.
