Consumer Reports has named the Kumho Road Venture AT52 its highest rated All-Terrain Truck Tire and recognized the Road Venture HT as one of the best All-Season Truck Tires. Both models carry Consumer Reports Recommended status, according to Kumho Tire U.S.A.
The ratings build on Consumer Reports naming Kumho Tire one of its Best Tire Brands of 2027, following independent testing of 28 tier one and tier two brands across key safety and performance criteria.

Road Venture AT52 tops nearly 20 all-terrain tires
The Road Venture AT52 is aimed at truck and SUV owners who split time between paved roads and tougher terrain. After testing nearly 20 all-terrain truck tires, Consumer Reports named the AT52 the highest rated model, recognizing its dry braking along with wet braking, handling, hydroplaning resistance and winter traction.
Road Venture HT ranks among the best all-season truck tires
The Road Venture HT highway-terrain tire targets drivers who spend most of their time on highways and city streets. In its evaluation of more than a dozen all-season truck tires, Consumer Reports ranked the HT among the best, citing its comfortable, quiet ride, low rolling resistance, dry braking, handling, hydroplaning resistance, snow traction and ice grip.
Both tires carry the Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake (3PMSF) rating. Kumho introduced the Road Venture HT earlier this year; see our coverage of the Road Venture HT launch.
November rebate through authorized dealers
Kumho is pairing the ratings with a consumer promotion. From Nov. 1 to Nov. 30, 2026, consumers who buy a set of four Road Venture AT52 or Road Venture HT tires from an authorized Kumho dealer are eligible for a $120 prepaid Mastercard.
