Autel U.S. has partnered with ALLDATA, the AutoZone-owned provider of OEM repair information, to connect Autel's MaxiSYS diagnostic software with ALLDATA Repair on MaxiSYS Ultra S2 and Ultra series tablets. The integration lets technicians move directly from a vehicle fault code to the corresponding OEM diagnostic information, with scan results and OEM procedures together on one screen.

Supported models are the MaxiSYS Ultra S2, MS919 S2 and MS909 S2, as well as the MaxiSYS Ultra, MS919, MS909, Ultra ADAS and Ultra EV.

From fault code to OEM procedure

From a fault code displayed in MaxiSYS, users can open the associated ALLDATA information for the selected vehicle and review OEM code descriptions, detection criteria, possible causes and diagnostic procedures. A split-screen view keeps the MaxiSYS results visible alongside ALLDATA, so technicians can consult factory instructions without losing sight of the fault they are investigating.

Technicians can then follow links within ALLDATA to related testing, removal and installation procedures, illustrations and service precautions. Because the vehicle and fault-code context carries into the repair information, technicians no longer need to search separately for the same vehicle and code. The integration also provides access to ALLDATA Diagnostic Intelligence, which combines OEM repair information, real-world repair intelligence and AI-assisted insights.

"Finding a fault code is only the beginning. The next step is knowing how to test the system, identify the cause, and perform the repair correctly," said Chloe Hung, CEO of Autel U.S. "Connecting MaxiSYS diagnostics with ALLDATA's OEM repair information gives technicians a direct path to those answers, right on the tablet they are already using at the vehicle."

"Our partnership with Autel is another step toward creating a more connected diagnostic experience for technicians, when vehicles complexity is increasing," said Satwinder Mangat, President of ALLDATA. "Bringing ALLDATA's trusted OEM repair information into the diagnostic workflow helps technicians access the OEM information they need when and where they need it."

Availability

The integration became available on Nov. 1, 2026, and existing ALLDATA Repair subscribers can use it with their current accounts. ALLDATA Repair covers more than 44,000 engine-specific vehicles, about 95 percent of vehicles on the road, and includes OEM repair procedures, diagnostic flow charts, technical service bulletins, component locations, specifications and wiring diagrams. ALLDATA, founded in 1986, says it is trusted by more than 400,000 technicians and serves more than 115,000 repair shops worldwide.

Autel and ALLDATA are demonstrating the integration at SEMA in South Hall Lower, booth #44175, and South Hall Upper, booth #38179, and at AAPEX in booth #V5052.
