AirPro + Revv, the company formed by the merger of AirPro Diagnostics and Revv, has announced four new products at SEMA Show 2026, its first public appearance as a combined company. The suite includes Identify, Wheel & Tire, the Side-by-Side Chrome Extension and Auggie Air, each aimed at a different stage of the ADAS repair process.

The company says ADAS is now standard on nearly every new vehicle, yet shops still handle calibrations across fragmented systems and providers. By bringing software and diagnostic services under one roof, AirPro + Revv aims to connect calibration identification, diagnostic services and repair documentation in a single workflow. The joint company now processes more than one million vehicles a year and covers 98% of vehicle brands on the road.

"AirPro and Revv merged to create a seamless, end-to-end platform," said Driaan du Toit, CEO of AirPro + Revv. "We're helping shops identify what the OEM requires, perform the work correctly, and accurately document what was done to support reimbursement. These four new solutions support and build on this larger mission."

A calibration check for tire and alignment work

Wheel & Tire is the product most directly aimed at tire and alignment work. It shows shops which calibrations are needed for tire and alignment jobs before work begins. Shops can share the OEM documentation with customers to explain why the work matters, then schedule the job through their shop management system.

The other three products

  • Identify: reviews OEM requirements, the repair estimate and the vehicle's scan to identify OEM-required calibrations. It also asks targeted follow-up questions to confirm details that scans and estimates do not show, so technicians can verify what is required while the vehicle is in the bay and document why the work is needed.

  • Side-by-Side Chrome Extension: puts AirPro's diagnostic scans alongside Revv's calibration reports and work orders on one screen, so technicians can see what each vehicle needs and where the job stands without switching systems. Technicians can also request a remote diagnostic technician directly from Revv.

  • Auggie Air: a front-facing camera calibration tool that fits directly onto the vehicle's windshield, letting glass repairers perform calibrations at the customer's location. It works indoors and outdoors and folds down to about the size of a briefcase.

On display at SEMA

The products are on display at the 2026 SEMA New Products Showcase, Nov. 3 to 6, and visitors can meet the team at booths #30215 and #32221.

Revv's software identifies the calibrations each vehicle requires from OEM requirements, documents the work as it happens and turns it into insurance-ready reports and invoices. AirPro's technicians perform scans, diagnostics and calibrations remotely or on-site using OEM-licensed tools, with real-time support within 10 minutes.
