ALLDATA, an AutoZone company, will show its latest diagnostic and shop management tools at SEMA 2026 in Las Vegas, Nov. 3 to 6. The company announced its plans on Oct. 28. Headlining the lineup is Diagnostic Intelligence, an AI-powered diagnostic guidance tool that makes its SEMA debut, alongside new enhancements to the mobile-ready Shop Manager Pro platform.
We are covering the announcement for readers who run tire dealerships and repair shops and follow shop management and diagnostic software. ALLDATA describes itself as the industry's leading provider of OEM repair information. Its platform connects diagnostic solutions, repair information, shop management and collision repair planning, with the stated aim of helping shops spend less time searching, improve productivity and complete repairs with greater confidence.
Diagnostic Intelligence makes its SEMA debut
ALLDATA launched Diagnostic Intelligence on Sept. 29. At SEMA, the tool makes its show debut. According to ALLDATA, it brings AI-powered diagnostic guidance together with the company's repair information to help technicians of all skill levels move more quickly from symptom to solution. The guided workflow puts critical diagnostic information in one place, including:
AI-powered diagnostic guidance
Prioritized probable causes and diagnostic paths
Known Fixes based on real-world repair data
Technical service bulletins
Wiring diagrams
Direct access to relevant OEM technical articles
You can read more about the product on the ALLDATA Diagnostic Intelligence page.
ALLDATA's president addressed how the products fit together:
“Today’s repair facilities need more than access to information. They need connected solutions that help technicians move seamlessly from diagnosis to completed repair. Diagnostic Intelligence brings AI to the industry’s most comprehensive OEM repair information platform, helping technicians find answers faster while staying grounded in the OEM information they trust,” said Satwinder Mangat, President of ALLDATA. “Diagnostic Intelligence is part of a much larger connected workflow that brings together diagnostics, OEM articles, next-level shop management, and collision repair planning to help shops improve efficiency, consistency, and repair quality.”
New Shop Manager Pro enhancements
ALLDATA will also show the latest enhancements to Shop Manager Pro, which it says is designed to streamline shop operations and improve the customer experience. The new enhancements include:
QuickBooks Online integration: Automatically syncs invoices, payments and refunds in real time, reducing manual entry and keeping financial information up to date.
Online booking appointment widget: Lets customers book appointments 24/7 directly from the shop's website, with appointments added to the shop calendar.
Specifications Quick Reference: Provides fast, organized access to the most frequently used vehicle specifications, helping technicians save time and focus on the repair.
ALLDATA says Specifications Quick Reference was built directly from customer feedback and is a favorite feature among ALLDATA shops. After selecting a vehicle in their ALLDATA Repair or ALLDATA Collision account, users can go to the Information column and find commonly used specs. These include coolant type, fluid quantities, torque, brake bleeding sequence, engine oil filter, fuel pressure, brake and clutch fluid, and refrigerant oil.
Where to find ALLDATA at SEMA
ALLDATA will unveil its new products at two SEMA locations:
