6X6 Custom Ferrari Revealed

Gas Monkey Garage® and GIVE ME THE VIN™ Debut $1.5M “F6” Build on YouTube

Gas Monkey Garage and GIVE ME THE VIN’s fully customized, one-of-a-kind Ferrari, dubbed the F6, debuts on YouTube at Gas Monkey Garage and John Clay Wolfe.  Richard Rawlings, founder of Gas Monkey Garage, and John Clay Wolfe, founder of GIVE ME THE VIN, partnered to create the $1.5 million Rosso Corsa Ferrari F6. While custom builds inherently encounter challenges, this particular one was met with much drama, resulting in a third partner dropping out. While behind the scenes content of various stages of the build has been shared with fans via social media, today is the first time the finished project is unveiled, complete with racetrack coverage.

F6 Engineering and design highlights include:

  • GM-based motor, super-charged LT4 427
  • All-Wheel Drive transmission and differential, custom engineered to power all four rear wheels
  • Oversized Wilwood 6-piston front brakes, 4-piston rear brakes
  • One-off, custom center-lock wheels
  • Fully independent rear suspension
  • Custom interior inspired by the iconic Ferrari F40

Wolfe comments, “This has been quite an experience, especially since my day-to-day focus is on buying and selling cars. Can’t wait to see who is ultimately going to take this beauty home.”
