Local SEO, content and managed advertising for independent dealers, with AI search readiness built into every package.

Tireweb, the company behind websites and e-commerce for tire dealers, has launched Tireweb Marketing, a managed marketing division for independent tire dealers and regional chains. The offering combines local SEO, content and fully managed Google and Meta advertising, and makes preparation for AI-driven search a standard feature rather than a premium add-on.

The division launches with two core packages and one on-demand service. Essentials covers Google Business Profile management, local SEO, directory cleanup, keyword research and review monitoring. Advanced adds a content layer on top: weekly social posts, monthly blog content, seasonal campaign creative and dedicated landing pages. Advertising, an activatable service rather than a standing commitment, adds managed Google and Meta campaigns that can be switched on for seasonal pushes and off again when they end.

AI visibility as a standard feature

The notable departure from standard agency packages is what Tireweb calls AI Search Readiness, built into every package rather than sold as an upgrade: schema markup deployed per location, an llms.txt file describing the business to AI crawlers, and search engine verification aimed at keeping dealers visible as customers increasingly get answers from Google's AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity rather than traditional results pages.

“Every dealer marketing package on the market was built for a world where a customer types into a search box and clicks a link,” said Matthew Walker, CEO of Tireweb. “That world is ending in slow motion. A growing share of tire questions now get answered by an AI that names one or two shops, and most independent dealers have no idea whether they are one of them. We built this division so a dealer shows up whether the customer asks Google, ChatGPT or, eventually, their own car.”

One team, one report

Tireweb is positioning the division against generalist agencies on two fronts. The first is integration: for dealers on Tireweb websites, the marketing team and the website team are the same people, so on-page changes happen same-day without tickets to an outside developer. The second is accountability: a single monthly report covering rankings, reviews, calls, direction requests, leads and, when advertising is active, return on ad spend, drawn from the same systems that take the dealer's orders and bookings.

“Dealers have been burned by agency hand-waving, a PDF of impressions that never connects to a set of tires leaving the building,” Walker said. “Our answer is one report with the numbers a dealer actually recognizes: calls, quotes, booked appointments, and what the advertising actually returned.”

The industry-specific point extends to timing as well: content and campaigns are planned around the tire trade's buying seasons, winter changeovers and summer sets, rather than a generic retail calendar, an area where generalist agencies rarely have experience.
