The countdown is on for The Global OTR Conference, and this year’s spotlight is firmly on safety and sustainability. Organiser 102psi confirmed that Rim-Lock Innovations Pty Ltd, from Queensland, Australia, will stage a world-first launch of a new device set to redefine tyre and wheel handling.

Already trusted worldwide for its Rim-Lock® safety retainer system — a proven solution that secures OTR wheel assemblies instantly during installation — the company has eliminated the long-standing risk of operators working in dangerous crush zones. Now, Rim-Lock is taking its next leap forward. In Antwerp, delegates will witness the global debut of a breakthrough removal tool, designed to deliver safer, more controlled wheel release whilst also increasing efficiency. Rim-Lock® proves that safety and speed can be connected.

Sustainability at the Core

Alongside this major launch, the conference program offers a 360° view of the OTR tyre lifecycle. From manufacturing and repair to service technologies, safety, retreading, and recycling, every session is built around one clear theme: sustainability and circularity.

Special sessions will spotlight retreading and recycling as vital strategies for extending tyre life and building a circular OTR economy.
