Tireweb Marketing has announced a partnership with Openbay, a Cambridge, MA based company that has pioneered artificial intelligence (AI) powered customer engagement tools for the automotive services industry.

Openbay Otis, the industry’s first AI-powered virtual service advisor, will be incorporated in Tireweb Marketing’s ezytire website solutions to offer web visitors and customers a personalized experience when searching for tires or booking an appointment. Using AI technology and natural language processing, Openbay Otis understands human language and responds in the same to deliver a more personalized online experience.

Tireweb Marketing is a full-service software development firm specializing in the tire and wheel industry in North America. Their mission is to provide customized retail and ecommerce websites capable of scheduling, orders, payments, marketing and more. Tireweb's ezytire technology powers leading tire ecommerce websites including BJ’s Wholesale Club, Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, OneClickTires, Tire Outlet and Chabill’s Tire & Auto Service.

Openbay is the award-winning and industry leading marketplace for automotive services and a provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for the automotive aftermarket. Openbay's latest innovation is Openbay Otis, the automotive industry's first interactive, artificially intelligent virtual service advisor.

Otis is easily installed on an automotive service center’s website to answer tire and service-related questions in real-time, around-the-clock, without any human resources required. By automating time-consuming tasks and delivering instant, personalized responses, Otis offers a way for service teams to save time and increase revenue, along with delivering an experience that meets the needs of the modern-day consumer.

"The automotive service industry has been historically slow to adopt cutting-edge technologies involved with online customer engagement," said Rob Infantino, Founder and CEO of Openbay. "This new partnership aims to help speed up adoption of newer technology to deliver an accurate, more human and personalized experience when inquiring about automotive services."

“Tireweb Marketing is committed to leveraging the latest technologies including AI to help its customers increase online sales. With this new partnership with Openbay, tire retailers, distributors and manufacturers will have even more effective digital solutions for their website development and internet marketing needs,” explains Matthew Walker, Managing Director of Tireweb Marketing.
