One driver who experienced the campaign firsthand was Gene Cacciatore of Melrose Park, Illinois, who was surprised with a brand-new set of tires from the Belle Tire Team Tire Team.

"The surprise service experience was truly unexpected and very exciting," said Cacciatore. "It's not often that a company goes out of its way to recognize and reward customers in such a meaningful way. This experience gave me a positive opinion of Belle Tire. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a priority, and experiences like this are fantastic. Thank you again for the opportunity and for making what started as a routine day a memorable experience."

“At Belle Tire, taking care of customers means doing more than simply servicing vehicles. It means showing up for our communities, solving problems, and helping drivers stay safe and confident wherever the road takes them,” said Don Barnes, President & Chief Tire Guy. “The Team Tire Team campaign highlights the expertise, care, and commitment our team members bring to every customer interaction, whether that's in our stores or out in the community.”
