RNR Tire Express recently recognized one extraordinary, selfless mother with the surprise of a lifetime– a new vehicle to thank them for their devotion to motherhood and resilience to adversity.

Last month, RNR Tire Express launched a campaign to spread love and kindness amid the uncertainty. In honor of Mother's Day, the company opened nominations for an extraordinary and selfless mother to receive the surprise of a lifetime - a new vehicle.

“The goal of our annual Mother’s Day Car Giveaway is to share a glimmer of hope and joy with a deserving mother and her family, and that is especially so important to continue in the current national state,” said Larry Sutton, Founder of RNR. “Serving and positively impacting communities is at the core of the RNR Tire Express brand. Because mothers sacrifice so much for the life and wellbeing of their families and friends, we are so grateful for the opportunity to help support these superhero moms by giving back in a small way.”

The winner of the tire retailer’s initiative is a mom whose selflessness and commitment to helping others has earned her a new level of admiration from those she loves amid the pandemic. A full-time nurse by day and a graduate student working on her masters by night, this mom works hard to keep her patients healthy and safe while also supporting her family through times of economic hardship. Her vehicle – which she heavily depends on to deliver care to her patients – is on its last legs, but she refuses to let it slow her down with so much care to be given. This mom always keeps her head held high and focused on serving those who need her most.

Selected from thousands of entries across the region, the chosen mom, nominated for her selflessness and kind heart was presented with a 2020 Buick Encore.
