ASA Automotive Systems detailed three mobile workflows for tire dealers and repair shops during its OMNI presentation at the 2026 SEMA Show, booth 43059. In a company press-release video from the show, Andrew Teolis, head of sales, and Shane Corrallo, head of product, walked through how OMNI is meant to help shops inspect vehicles, manage inventory and handle roadside dispatch from phones and tablets. Traction News earlier covered ASA's pre-show OMNI launch announcement; the SEMA briefing focused on day-to-day mobile use alongside existing ASA systems.

ASA describes OMNI as a cloud-native web application that runs in the browser and on iOS and Android. The company said OMNI works with TireMaster or GTX rather than replacing those platforms, and it placed OMNI in the same portfolio as TireMaster, TireMaster Enterprise, GTX and Pace. Mobile workflows for the bay and the road

ASA highlighted three core mobility areas it said shops can use today: OMNI DVI for digital vehicle inspections, OMNI Inventory for stock work on the floor, and Mobile Dispatch for roadside assistance. Together, those tools are aimed at technicians and advisors who need to move away from the counter without losing connection to the shop's estimate, inventory and service records.

On the dispatch side, ASA said a Bridgestone relationship lets Bridgestone National Account locations receive roadside assistance orders through Mobile Dispatch. ASA also described a CARFAX connection that can surface service history after a license-plate scan, giving advisors vehicle context earlier in the visit.

Teolis said an unnamed multi-location early adopter saw about a 15% increase in approved work after using DVI on each vehicle, with the same cars and headcount. ASA also pointed to a customer using OMNI to handle receiving and distribution for more than 40 locations each day as an example of multi-site scale. The company likewise emphasized architecture themes around scalability, reliability and security as part of the OMNI pitch.

How ASA demonstrated the flow

Much of the middle of the briefing used an animated demonstration to show how a visit might move from arrival to approval and inventory writeback. An on-screen note said the sequence illustrates the workflow and is not the product interface. In that demonstration, a plate scan starts check-in, a tablet captures a digital signature, text updates go to the customer, and a digital inspection checklist with photos supports line-by-line approval that syncs into estimate and point-of-sale views. Inventory scenes showed camera and tire-barcode receiving, counting, transfers, variance handling, supervisor approval and writeback to TireMaster, with a shop wallboard in the mix.

ASA's production message in the briefing centered on the three named mobility workflows, with Bridgestone National Account roadside dispatch and CARFAX plate-scan history presented as part of that mobile story for dealers who already run TireMaster or GTX.

What ASA put on the roadmap

Later in the presentation, ASA outlined upcoming OMNI work. That included a mobile appointment and bay scheduler shown in a Kanban-style layout, AI telemetry concepts aimed at bay and job-time optimization, and an AI virtual assistant concept for before- and after-hours calls, service booking, customer follow-up and outbound outreach around declined service offers.

Those items were framed as future development rather than the mobile workflows ASA said dealers can use now. ASA is exhibiting OMNI at SEMA booth 43059, and the company press-release video is available on YouTube as Meet ASA OMNI - SEMA 2026 Press Release.
