New sizes released in Omni United Sport Touring range

Omni United has added nine new sizes to its popular sports touring range, Radar RPX-800.

The new sizes will range from 15” to 18” in rim diameter. The range now boasts 61 sizes in total, expanding to 103 sizes by the middle of next year.

The Radar RPX-800 is designed for compact and mid-size cars. This range also incorporates most of the popular run-flat sizes in this segment.

Omni United said the tires were made using a “unique tread compound that has been specially formulated to deliver high mileage (UTQG Treadwear: 520AA) with good grip in multiple driving conditions.”

An “all-in-one package” for drivers

Other features of the tire include an asymmetric tread pattern and an optimized tread pitch sequence designed to provide “driving confidence at high speeds and a quiet and comfortable ride, respectively.”

Omni United chief executive and founder GS Sareen said: “Since its launch, the RPX-800 has been well received by customers in many countries. Because of this success and popular demand we plan to continue expanding this range and make this compelling product available to more and more drivers.

“The RPX-800 is an all-in-one package that offers the driver a combination of good control on both dry and wet roads, outstanding looks and high mileage.”

Omni United said the entire RPX-800 line is backed by a 55,000-mile warranty. It ranges from 14” to 18” in rim diameter, including key run-flat sizes.
