Forgeline has taken top honors in the wheels category of SEMA’s best new product awards for its Flow Formed Series F01.

The Flow Formed Series F01 is making its debut at SEMA this year, even though the event is online only.

Forgeline, which is showing a number of new products this year, claims the Flow Formed Series F01 is the “more affordable in-stock wheel solution” customers have been asking for. What does that mean? Well, they’re high-quality and lightweight, with a street tire load rating of 1,500 pounds per wheel.

Designed and engineered by Forgeline’s team in Dayton, Ohio, the wheels are created using (as the name suggests) flow forming techniques, including tilted gravity cast and cold vertical flow form technology.

The manufacturing process starts by placing a preheated cast wheel on a specially designed barrel mold. Rollers then press into the wheel as it spins on the mold, flowing the aluminum thinner to form the shape of the inner rim, while increasing the tensile strength. The inner rim profile is then finalized to meet mounting specifications. This creates a lighter, stronger wheel with increased metal yield and compressive strength.

“We’ve taken our expertise and dedicated years to developing the best out-of-the-box, high-quality performance street wheel that is both budget- and time-friendly,” the company says of the F01.

Forgeline’s award-winning F01 Flow Formed Series F01 is in stock and ready to ship immediately for:

C6/C7/C8 Corvettes
Gen5/Gen6 Camaros
S550 Mustang GTs
997/991 Porsche 911 Carrera 5-lug applications.

The wheels come in three different finishes: anthracite, liquid silver and black ice.

Forgeline is also showing two other new wheels at SEMA360, including the Forgeline Motorsports VX1-S Forged Monoblock Wheel — a one-piece forged monoblock wheel that is visually similar to the Competition Series VX1R but uses a thinner spoke width. That design innovation allows Forgeline to engineer fitments for a wider range of street applications, including the new C8 Corvette.

Also new is the Forgeline Motorsports 15” Bead Lock Drag Wheel — a 15 10 GS1R and CF1R forged monoblock single Beadlock wheel.
