Over ¥868 million (USD $5.37 million / GBP £4.07 million) of performance and collector vehicles changed hands at BH Auction’s City Circuit Tokyo Bay event on 21 June 2026. The high-quality, diverse range of machinery underscored BH auction’s status as one of the world’s most compelling sources of low-mileage, meticulously preserved collector cars.

A headline result was the sale of a delivery mileage 2010 Ferrari 599 GTO, which achieved ¥203,130,000 (circa USD $1,260,000 / GBP £950,000). Strictly limited to just 599 examples worldwide and regarded as arguably the ultimate front-engined V12 Ferrari of the modern era, the result reflected the car’s exceptional condition: showing a mere 331 km from new, accompanied by Ferrari Classiche certification.

A Ferrari 458 Speciale - the last naturally aspirated V8 supercar from Maranello – sold for ¥94,350,000 (USD $583,975 / GBP £442,685), reflecting its growing stature amongst collectors. Elsewhere, the strong demand for earlier analogue-era Ferraris was further demonstrated by a 1987 Ferrari 328 GTS - a three-owner Japanese-market example with just 12,408 km – selling for ¥23,310,000 (USD $144,265 / GBP £109,360). Elsewhere, a brace of F355s - a Ferrari Classiche-certified 1995 Berlinetta in Rosso Corsa with its original gated manual transmission and a 1998 F355 Spider sold for 34,965,000 (USD $216,430 / GBP £164,010) and ¥29,415,000 (USD $182,065 / GBP £138,010) respectively.

Porsches also delivered a series of notable results. A 2003 911 GT2 (Type 996) - the rear-wheel-drive ‘widowmaker’, increasingly recognised as a raw, analogue icon - achieved ¥42,180,000 (USD $261,060 / GBP £197,880), reflecting growing collector appetite for the finest 996-generation cars.

A museum-grade 1994 Porsche 928 GTS showing just 9,571km from new realised ¥22,755,000 (USD $140,850 / GBP £106,750), while a 2026 Porsche 911 Spirit 70 - one of just 1,500 Heritage Design examples produced worldwide - also sold for well above its list price at ¥45,510,000 (USD $281,690 / GBP £213,500).

There was also significant interest in performance and collector cars produced closer to home. Two Honda S2000s performed strongly, reflecting the model’s growing collector following: an early 2000 AP1 showing just 1,092 km from new sold for ¥10,212,000 (USD $63,200 / GBP £47,910), while a 2009 example - among the prized later facelift variants - achieved ¥8,436,000 (USD $52,215 / GBP £39,580).

The sale’s most evocative result was the sale of a 1965 Honda SM600, offered by its original owner who had cherished the car for 60 years. Completely unrestored, a true time warp example – retaining a coveted ‘Nerima 5’ single-digit registration plate, it sold for ¥8,325,000 (USD $51,525 / GBP £39,060).

Other highlights included the sale of a 2007 Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione - one of just 70 Japanese-market examples, showing 2,182 km from new – which went for ¥50,061,000 (USD $309,840 / GBP £234,870), and a 2026 McLaren 750S MCL38 Celebration Edition which sold for ¥72,150,000 (USD $446,570 / GBP £338,480).
