Showcases its leading tire range - Agri Star II, Agriflex+ 393 XT, Agriflex+ 373 and Agriflex+ 377 XT Highlights the brand’s Whole Farm Concept and commitment to expanding its hi-tech VF lineup

Alliance Tire, a leading global brand of agricultural and off-highway tires, today launched IF1400/45R42 CFO Agriflex 372, the largest agricultural tire in the world by inflation volume, at Farm Progress Show, booth #305. Not just big in size, the IF1400/45R42 CFO Agriflex 372 boasts a massive 207 load rating, by far the highest load capacity of any ag tire on the market currently. Also, in spotlight are other leading innovations from the brand including Agri Star II, Agriflex+ 373, Agriflex+ 377 XT and Agriflex+ 393 XT.

A Partnership for Performance and Productivity

The Alliance IF1400/45R42 CFO Agriflex 372, was developed in partnership with J&M Manufacturing to deliver record-breaking load capacity and large compaction-reducing footprint, for its enormous new grain cart. The IF1400/45R42 CFO Agriflex 372 provides original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) an alternative to IF1250/50R32.

“The IF1400/45R42 CFO Agriflex 372 reflects Alliance’s commitment to technology-driven manufacturing and customer-focused innovation. Designed to meet the evolving needs of modern American farming, it combines higher load capacity with superior ground protection, offering farmers and OEMs a versatile solution.” says Dyutiman Chattopadhyay, Chief Technology Officer, Yokohama-ATG.

Built with Improved Flexion (IF) technology, the IF1400/45R42 Agriflex 372 delivers up to 20% more load at the same pressure, or the same load at up to 20% less pressure than standard radials. As a Cyclic Field Operation (CFO) tire, it carries more weight at lower speeds during cyclical loads, protecting soil and improving efficiency. Its steel-belted construction and stubble guard compound ensure long-lasting performance. Backed by a 10-year workmanship and 5-year stubble warranty, the Alliance Agriflex IF1400/45R42 is a game-changer for the ag segment.

The Future of Ag Tires – An innovative showcase by Alliance

Alliance has displayed its Agriflex+ 393 XT, an innovative steel-belted VF radial flotation tire designed for agricultural transport applications including tankers, trailers, and spreaders. Key size 35.5LR32 is available for viewing at the booth.

Also featured in the showcase is the Alliance Agriflex+ 377 XT, equipped with VF technology that can carry up to 40% higher load capacity at the same pressure as a standard radial. Its CFO design further allows up to 55% higher load capacity during slow-speed, load-fluctuating field work. The VF 1050/50R32 and VF750/60R46 variants are on display for visitors to view.

Another tire making its way to the show is the Agriflex+ 373, a versatile R-1W tire with VF technology that offers a flatter footprint, puncture protection, and enhanced load-carrying capacity. Its specially designed tread pattern ensures strong traction performance for up to 80% of tread wear, delivering durability and productivity for farmers.

Among other highlights, visitors get the chance to experience firsthand the performance and value of Agri Star II radial R-1W tire, supported by data from its June in-field demonstration near Ames, Iowa.

Whole Farm Concept

Alliance’s application-specific ag portfolio is strategically designed to support every stage of farming operations, a philosophy the brand refers to as the 'Whole Farm Concept'.

“Alliance reaffirms its commitment to address the diverse needs of American farmers by practicing the Whole Farm Concept.” Says Dyutiman Chattopadhyay.

Something for Every Visitor

The Farm Progress Show, running through August 28, is expected to draw tens of thousands of visitors including OEMs and farmers. With a range of innovations and solutions on display, the Alliance booth offers something for every visitor, making it a must-visit.
