OEConnection (OEC), a technology provider for the automotive aftersales industry, has completed its acquisition of epyx Ltd, together with sister companies r2c Online Ltd and Business Gateway GmbH, from Corpay (NYSE: CPAY). The companies announced the close from Birmingham and Newbury, UK, dated Nov. 2, 2026. OEC said the transaction has received all required regulatory approvals and has now closed.

Through its 1link platforms, epyx connects fleet operators, leasing companies, and service providers across a digital network that supports vehicle service, repair authorisation, and fleet workflows in the UK and European markets. According to OEC, the platforms serve operators of more than four million vehicles and process more than £2 billion in transactions annually. OEC said adding epyx bolsters its fleet solutions suite and strengthens its fleet service, maintenance, and repair (SMR) network. OEC's majority investor, Francisco Partners, will continue to support the combined business.

"epyx has built deep, long-standing relationships across the fleet and garage network ecosystem in the UK and Europe, and their platforms are purpose-built for the fleet market they serve," said Patrick Brown, CEO of OEC. "By bringing our organizations together, we can deliver solutions that reduce friction, drive innovation, and support our fleet customers at a significantly larger scale. We're excited to welcome epyx's team, customers, and partners into OEC."

"OEC is a logical next home for epyx. We're excited to join forces with an established market leader and continue to grow and innovate alongside OEC, with exciting discussions underway on how to best accelerate the value we deliver to our customers," said Aditya Varadpande, Managing Director of epyx, r2c Online, and Business Gateway. "The similarities between our companies go beyond solutions and customers and extend to our shared commitment to supporting the full vehicle lifecycle for our fleet partners."

Customers and partners of epyx, r2c Online, and Business Gateway can expect continuity of service, with existing contacts, agreements, and services remaining in place while the businesses benefit from increased investment in the technology they use. OEC said both organizations will continue to deliver existing services without interruption.
