These are available in different patterns to suit various operating conditions, and they come as ready-to-fit tyre and wheel assemblies for easy replacement.

2 - Foam Filled Tyre and Wheel Assembly

Foam Fill is a straightforward two-component liquid polyurethane solution that is pumped into the tyre, providing a simple, reliable, and cost-effective alternative for tyre filling. Foam Fill is designed to transform air-filled tyres into solid urethane rubber-filled tyres, to maximize vehicle operating efficiency and minimize downtime caused by flat tyres.

Acetrax® foam-filled tyres thus become puncture-proof, solid composites that almost completely remove the risk of flat tyres, blowouts, and tyre damage caused by improper daily maintenance — common issues with regular air-filled tyres. These tyres never require air filling, ensuring consistent inflation and maximizing tyre performance across various conditions.
