GIVE ME THE VIN Combines Recent Barn Finds for Absolute Auction on June 6

GIVE ME THE VIN (GMTV) hosts its first-ever public absolute auction on Saturday, June 6, offering a newly uncovered curated collection of more than 180 classic American muscle cars, vintage vehicles, and rare automotive parts to the highest bidder with no reserve prices. Dubbed the “Houston Mopar Meltdown and the Alabama Barn Find Absolute Auction,” the event provides automotive collectors an opportunity to acquire vehicles from two large, recently discovered estate collections located in Talladega, Alabama, and Houston.

The absolute auction will feature a 100 percent no-reserve format, meaning every single lot will be sold regardless of the final bid price, creating a high-stakes market environment where buyers completely dictate the value of the vehicles.

Founder of GMTV John Clay Wolfe states, “This is risky business putting all this up for auction without a safety net. But the response from the public and the car community has been so overwhelming that we wanted to open the doors completely. If you’ve been looking to steal a piece of automotive history, there’s definitely going to be blood in the water.”

The collection features muscle cars, project vehicles, and rare rollers, including:

  • A heavily documented, custom 1971 Dodge Demon known as the "Demonic" build that was on the cover of Mopar Magazine.
  • A variety of vintage Chevrolet Corvettes, a 442 Oldsmobile, a classic Buick Boat-Tail Riviera, and a “Goodfellas-style” Cadillac.
  • More than 70 vintage Dodge Charger project cars and bodies, alongside an extensive catalog of rare Mopar components and historic Ford tractors.
  • A diverse mix of unique, low-mileage vehicles including an early-generation Jaguar, Mazda RX-7s, and Hondas.
