Nokian Tyres has added a 17.5R25 size to its Ground King Loader tire family for wheel loaders. The new size joins the existing 20.5R25 and is available to order now.
The tire is designed to handle terrain ranging from soft mud to hard surfaces. Nokian Tyres says it suits handling gravel, compost and soil in loading areas and on construction sites, and offers load-bearing capacity and traction even with heavy loads.
On farms, the company positions the tire for jobs ranging from loading the seeder to silage handling.
Hybrilug tread design
Ground King Loader uses Nokian Tyres' Hybrilug technology, which combines the stability and durability of a traditional block pattern with the grip of a lug pattern on soft and loose surfaces.
The Hybrilug blocks enable stable, vibration-free handling, while the lugs improve grip in mud and on other soft terrains. Together, these features make Ground King Loader a reliable tire for variable conditions, even in tight spaces that demand precise and predictable control.

On the worksite and on the road
According to the company, a strong radial structure and reinforced shoulder area give the tire stability, comfort and low noise on worksites and on the road, including with heavy loads and at higher speeds during road transits.
Nokian Heavy Tyres' heavy-duty tires, treads and wheels carry the Key Flag symbol and the Design from Finland mark, which indicate the products are manufactured in Finland and that the company has invested in Finnish design.
