Visionary Designer’s Creation Available Exclusively in Popular Mobile Racing Game During Limited In-Game Event
Zynga Inc., a wholly-owned publishing label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO) and a global leader in interactive entertainment, today announced CSR2 has partnered with iconic designer Frank Stephenson and his visionary studio, Frankstephenson Design, to bring the FrankNstein hypercar exclusively into the popular mobile racing game.
The FrankNstein car celebrates Frank Stephenson’s unparalleled legacy, synthesizing a selection of the designer’s most iconic creations into a single, cohesive vehicle. For the first time, the hypercar will now be fully rendered in 3D and driveable as a collectible vehicle in CSR2, available for a limited time in-game event.
“Creating FrankNstein was like conducting a symphony of my life’s work. Each of these vehicles represent a distinct chapter in my career, from reimagining icons to creating hypercars,” said Frank Stephenson, Chief Creative Officer of Frankstephenson Design. “FrankNstein embodies the design principles I’ve championed throughout my career: purposeful aesthetic and emotional connection. Bringing this vision to life for CSR2 allows millions of players to experience these design philosophies in an entirely new way.”
“Frank Stephenson is an iconic designer and creating a fully-driveable version of the FrankNstein supercar in CSR2 was an exciting opportunity,” added James Hans, Executive Director Licensing & Partnerships at Zynga’s NaturalMotion studio. “This is the first time anyone, anywhere in the world, will be able to actually get behind the wheel of this incredible car and we can’t wait to see players’ reaction to it.”
To celebrate the partnership, Frank Stephenson traveled to NaturalMotion’s London studios to meet with CSR2 game designers and to see the FrankNstein in-game for the first time. The full video is available on Frankstephenson Design’s official YouTube channel here.
The FrankNstein car is available in CSR2 as a purchasable vehicle. CSR2 is available now as a free download on iOS and Android devices. The game includes optional in-game purchases (including paid random items).
