Branick Industries will debut its next-generation tire carts, the heavy-duty TC500 and the ground-shippable TC500B, at the SEMA Show at booth #43111 in the South Hall. The Fargo, North Dakota, equipment maker announced the launch on Sept. 22, 2026, saying the upgraded models are designed to handle larger loads and bigger tires with ease.
More capacity and bigger tires
Branick says the new carts deliver significant performance improvements over the current model. The key upgrades are:
Higher capacity: load capacity increases to up to 500 lbs.
Larger tire handling: the carts are expanded to handle tires up to 41 inches in outside diameter.
Better grip: tire shoes are 50% larger, increasing the cart’s tire holding ability.
For comparison, Branick’s product page lists the outgoing TC400 Tire Cart as carrying up to 400 lbs. of tires, with a cradle operating range of 20 to 37 inches.
Ground-shippable TC500B
Alongside the standard TC500, Branick is introducing the TC500B, an easily assembled version designed to be shipped via UPS and FedEx Ground. The company says the option is intended to help customers save on freight costs.

TC400 to be discontinued
The launch comes with a transition timeline for Branick’s tire cart line: the current TC400 model will be officially discontinued on January 1, 2027.
