AMBEST Service Connection, the fleet service program of truck stop and service center network AMBEST, Inc., is now live on ServiceLink, a dispatch and field service management platform operated by Commercial Services Network (CSN). The companies announced on October 7, 2026, that AMBEST fleet customers and participating AMBEST Service Centers can now handle service events through a shared digital workflow.
Under the arrangement, fleets that already hold AMBEST Service Connection accounts can link them to ServiceLink, while participating service centers activate on the platform to receive and carry out the work. The companies said there is no platform cost to fleets.
How the workflow operates
Through ServiceLink, fleets can submit service requests electronically, see when a request has been accepted, follow the service event in real time and receive photo and timestamp documentation. Service centers receive the vehicle, location and requested service details with each event and manage the job through a connected workflow that runs alongside the systems they already use.
The companies describe a single digital path that starts with a fleet's service need, moves through AMBEST Service Connection and ServiceLink to an AMBEST Service Center, and ends with service execution, documentation and a completed service record.
ServiceLink supports roadside assistance, mobile service, towing and shop-based repair across 13 commercial service categories. For service centers, the platform also includes tools to help manage dispatch, technicians, communication, documentation and service-event execution. The AMBEST Service Centers program lists tire and brake repairs, mobile service and towing among the key services offered across its locations.
Fleets have consistently told AMBEST they want a more efficient, digital way to connect with service providers. ServiceLink provides that connection while ensuring AMBEST remains at the center of the relationship. This program positions AMBEST and its members to lead rather than follow.

Building on the July partnership
The launch follows a partnership between AMBEST and CSN announced in July, under which AMBEST relaunched its Service Connection program on the ServiceLink platform. Service centers enroll through AMBEST and keep control of their own customer relationships, pricing and branding. According to the companies, more AMBEST Service Centers are continuing to activate on ServiceLink, expanding the provider footprint available to fleet customers.
AMBEST has built the premier network of independent service providers in the country, and our role is to connect and elevate it. ServiceLink adds a single real-time platform where providers and fleets work from the same system. We are proud to partner with AMBEST to deliver on behalf of their members and fleet customers.
