Concours of Elegance Announces Spectacular 2026 Line-Up Featuring Some of the World’s Finest Collector Cars
Concours of Elegance, presented by A. Lange & Söhne, has announced the unique collection of cars set to gather at Hampton Court Palace from 4th-6th September 2026, as Europe’s premier concours event returns with another exceptional celebration of automotive excellence.
Set within the grounds of one of Britain’s most iconic royal palaces, Concours of Elegance will once again bring together some of the rarest and most significant cars ever created. The 2026 event will showcase an extraordinary selection spanning more than a century of automotive history, from pre-war masterpieces and bespoke coachbuilt creations to legendary sports cars and modern performance icons.
Among the headline attractions is a spectacular 1929 Mercedes-Benz SSK Roadster, representing one of the most celebrated eras of Mercedes-Benz engineering and one of the most desirable sporting cars of the pre-war period. It will be joined by a 1937 Bugatti Type 57 Atalante from The Pearl Collection, a masterpiece of French design and one of Bugatti’s most elegant creations.
The event will also celebrate the artistry of European coachbuilding, with a 1947 Delahaye 135 MS Cabriolet Vedette by Chapron showcasing the craftsmanship and individuality of the great French carroseries. Further highlights include a 1949 Simca 8 Sport Prototype and a unique 1949/60 Bristol 400 by Carrozzeria Zagato, combining British engineering with Italian coachbuilding expertise.
A remarkable selection of Aston Martins will form a major part of the 2026 collection, celebrating the marque’s enduring appeal from elegant grand tourers to competition-focused machines. Confirmed examples include a 1952 Aston Martin DB2 by Graber, a 1955 Aston Martin DB3S and a 1961 Aston Martin DB4 GT, each representing an important chapter in the marque’s history.
Italian sporting heritage will also take centre stage, with the 1953 Siata 208 CS Balbo Coupe and 1963 Maserati 3500 Vignale Spyder showcasing the distinctive combination of performance, design and craftsmanship that has made Italian sports cars among the world’s most revered.
Bringing the story into the modern era, the 2007 Aston Martin V12 Vantage RS will demonstrate the continuation of Aston Martin’s sporting DNA, combining traditional craftsmanship with a more focused performance character.
Spotlighting the main concours collection, the 2026 Concours of Elegance will celebrate some of the world’s most admired marques through a series of prestigious awards. The Finest Bentley, Finest Aston Martin, Finest Italian Berlinetta and Finest Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera awards will recognise outstanding examples of design, engineering and heritage.
The event will also welcome an exceptional gathering of car clubs, adding even more variety to the concours lawns. Representing everything from British sporting icons and luxury marques to specialist classics and modern enthusiast favourites, clubs including the Aston Martin Owners Club, Bentley Drivers Club, Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts’ Club, Ferrari Owners Club, Club Lotus and Jaguar E-Type Club will showcase outstanding examples from their respective marques.
They will be joined by organisations including the Coachmakers Livery Company, Drivers Union, Vauxhall 30-98 Club, the 96 Club and the Alfa Romeo Owners Club, with the prestigious Club Trophy recognising the best car presented by the participating associations.
A highlight of the weekend will once again be the Grand Arrival and Grand Depart, giving guests the opportunity to see some of the world’s most extraordinary cars arrive and leave Hampton Court Palace in spectacular fashion.
Beyond the concours lawns, guests will be able to enjoy a complete luxury event experience, with access to the historic State Apartments at Hampton Court Palace, specialist automotive displays, luxury retail, fine dining and entertainment throughout the event.
Food and drink experiences will include the renowned Fortnum & Mason Picnics, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy a quintessentially British dining experience within the remarkable surroundings of Hampton Court Palace.
Champagne will be served by Charles Heidsieck, with guests also able to enjoy exclusive Champagne tasting sessions throughout the event, celebrating the heritage and craftsmanship behind one of the world’s most respected Champagne houses.
For those looking to elevate their visit, hospitality packages will provide an exclusive way to experience Concours of Elegance. Guests will enjoy premium dining, dedicated hospitality spaces and an enhanced event experience, with Friday hospitality already sold out due to demand.
