Consumer launches contactless ‘Ship-To-You’ Concierge Service, a U.S. ‘click-to-fit’ online tire retailer, unveiled a new, nationwide “Ship-To-You” solution enabling shoppers to order online and ship products directly to their homes, combined with a deferred concierge appointment-setting service.

The new, contactless delivery service ensures that Tirescanner shoppers receive their tires with minimal human-to-human contact, delivered conveniently to their homes and following adequate social distancing measures.

“Providing Tirescanner customers with the most convenient fulfillment options is imperative, in light of the current, unprecedented situation,” said Mike Welch, CEO and President, Tirescanner. “By introducing “Ship-to-You”, we can provide shoppers with a reduced-contact alternative to our in-store and mobile van install services, both of which are open for business and are equally following guidelines to ensure safety for our customers.”

Tirescanner’s “Ship-to-You” delivery service is available now to customers across all 50 U.S. states. Shoppers looking to take advantage of this new delivery service can select “Ship-to-You” after selecting their tire for purchase on the Tirescanner website, and have their tires sent to any address of their choice.

“This service aims to support customers throughout the U.S. who can still capitalize on the incredible low prices that the market has to offer. And we won’t leave you with tires in your garage – our Tirescanner customer champions will managing the installation booking, setting up a time now or at some point down the line when customers are ready and able to venture out,” said Welch.

This latest option adds to Tirescanner’s service portfolio providing even more flexibility for customers, who can now choose between 1) install in store, 2) install by mobile van, and 3) ship to you with a complimentary concierge appointment. Tirescanner’s mobile and store options are still open for business and are also following all appropriate guidelines to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.

Welch added, “Regardless which option our customers choose, they will receive the same personalized Tirescanner service level.”
