The Key to Success

The first step to any successful marketing strategy is understanding the customer. In addition to third-party data sources, we utilize SCORPIO™, a proprietary database-modeling software, to deliver targeted campaigns derived from individual customer data. SCORPIO enables aggregation of individual customer data, social media and other key touchpoints into one system. This combined data is analyzed and passed through SCORPIO’s predictive and valuation models, which allows better alignment of reinvestment rates, media strategy, offers and performance expectations for greater value.

From 2013 to 2016, R&P partnered with a 28-location quick lube company to assist in overcoming market challenges and growing sales. Over the span of three years, we implemented an integrated campaign using first and third-party data that drove the following results:

* Ticket average increase of $7.06
* Monthly car count increase of 2,363
* Sales increase of 24.35%

The campaign was so successful that in 2016, after an all-time sales record, a Fortune 500 company purchased the business.
