Tireweb Marketing acts to keep dealers online during coronavirus crisis

Tireweb Marketing, the web design and hosting provider preferred by tire dealers across North America, has acted quickly to ensure minimal disruption to services due to the coronavirus crisis.

While the US is yet to be as badly affected as countries in Europe and Asia, the trends seen elsewhere in the world suggest we could be in for a bumpy ride.

Noting the warnings from around the globe, Tireweb Marketing Managing Director Matthew Walker said the company has already closed its offices and all staff members are now working from home, or in the process of relocating equipment to work from home.

“While we expect some disruption, we are working to minimize impacts on clients and projects as much as possible,” he said.

“We are also working closely with vendors to ensure minimal disruption, and we’ve put in place contingency and data security plans to help ensure all our clients stay online.”

Walker said the Ezytire support team was currently “operating as normal”; however, the focus was on updating websites for clients who are closing, or otherwise being impacted by COVID19, with that information.

“Our focus is on keeping our clients’ website presence running during this time and supporting our clients,” he said.

“Some non-urgent support tickets and new website developments may be affected during this time. Our project managers will be in touch with clients to provide updates on any anticipated delays.”

Walker said the Ezytire support line (212-634-4846) and some employee direct lines may be affected while the main office was closed. He recommended clients lodge support tickets by either emailing or using the “Help” icon in the Ezytire Toolbox.
