How to capitalize on Hankook’s Great Hit Rebate

Hankook has launched its second consumer promotion for the year, the “2016 Great Hit” mail-in rebate.

This fall promotion — which runs from August 1 to September 30 — is designed to encourage customers to purchase a set of one of Hankook’s most popular lines of tires. The name “Great Hit” is themed to capitalize on Hankook’s Major League Baseball sponsorship.

Included in the promotion are seven Hankook tire lines:

  • $100 rebate with the purchase of 4 Hankook Ventus V12 evo2 (K120)
  • $80 rebate with the purchase of 4 Hankook Ventus S1 noble2 (H452)
  • $100 rebate with the purchase of 4 Hankook KINERGY GT (H436)
  • $50 rebate with the purchase of 4 Hankook Optimo H727 (H727)
  • $50 rebate with the purchase of 4 Hankook Dynapro AT-M (RF10)
  • $100 rebate with the purchase of 4 Hankook Dynapro HP2 (RA33)

Hankook will be doing its own marketing and social media advertising surrounding the rebate, but tire dealers should also capitalize on Hankook’s promotion to lure customers into their store.

Hankook dealers will soon hear from their Hankook sales manager with details for point-of-sale support which will help encourage consumers to take advantage of these rebate offers.

But there is more you can do.

Customers love a bargain and tires are one of those purchases where they will be looking for a deal. Incorporate Hankook’s “Great Hit” tire deal into your regular advertising and marketing program.

Put Hankook’s rebate coupon up on your website in a prominent position.
